Vacuum Pumping System
The vacuum chamber is the core component of the vacuum system and is the space where the vacuum needs to be formed. The vacuum pump is the heart of the vacuum system and is used to extract gas from the chamber to reduce its pressure to a vacuum. The vacuum gauge is a measuring tool used to measure the pressure value of the gas inside the chamber. Valves are used to control the flow of gas in the vacuum system. Pipes are used to connect the various components of the vacuum system.
The working principle of the vacuum pumping system is as follows:
1. Start the vacuum pump to extract the gas from the chamber.
2. As the gas is continuously extracted, the gas pressure in the chamber gradually decreases.
3. When the gas pressure in the chamber reaches the required vacuum level, stop the vacuum pump.
